How it Works
Shampoodle has plenty of tubs and times available. Because we want everyone to be happy while "Shampoodling" we request that you call ahead and make a reservation. Walk-ins are always welcome, but there may be a short wait during busy days.
Make a reservation by calling 518-371-6600 anytime. Someone should answer, but if not just leave a message and someone will get right back to you. Feel free to call 518-522-0575 if your call is not returned or you want to speak with someone right away. IF it's an emergency, such as being skunked, special arrangements will be made.
Shampoodle's staff will escort you to a tub and show you how it works. Once you choose a tub and a ramp or a gated tub, you will be on your way to your ultimate dog bathing experience. You will be amazed at how easy and organized it can be. Each tub has everything you need for the complete bath, shampoo, towels, conditioner, scrubby ear and eye cleaner. There are combs, rakes, shammys and brushes on hand for all kinds of fur. Someone is always there to help and to answer any questions you have. You and your furry friend will be pros in no time...and we are always here to help!
