(except for major holidays) Just bring in your dirty dog for DIY anytime when Shampoodle is open. Occasionally, on busy days, there may be a short wait. Most of our clients simply walk in for the "Do It Yourself" (DIY) washes. If you'd like us to wash your dog for you ("WE washes"), reservations are a must! If you have a pup that needs a paw trim or a sanitary this can be done when a groomer is working.
If you have any questions or to see how busy we are just Call Delmar 518-368-3260 If no one answers the phone, please leave a message, and someone will return your call as soon as possible. You can also call Shampoodle's owner Ginny @ 518-522-0575 if you'd like to speak to someone immediately or if your call is not returned. IF it's an emergency, such as being skunked, special arrangements will be made. |

For DIY Washes, Shampoodle's staff will escort you to a tub and, if you are new or need a refresher, will show you how it works. Once you choose a tub and a ramp or a gated tub, you will be on your way to your ultimate dog bathing experience. You will be amazed at how easy and organized it can be. Each tub has everything you need for the complete bath: shampoo, towels, conditioner, scrubby, ear, and eye cleaner. There are combs, rakes, shammys, and brushes on hand for all kinds of fur. Someone is always here to help and answer any questions you may have. You and your furry friend will be pros in no time...and we are always here to help!
